Hi, I’m Ali Rayfield. I’m an Executive Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator.

In my previous career, I was a successful executive & rose the ranks to be Chief Revenue Officer at an AdTech start-up.

From the outside looking in, my career trajectory looked glorious. I enjoyed my work; but I also felt isolated. I struggled with finding balance and fulfillment in what I was doing. 

With the help of a coach, I started paying attention to what gave me energy and excitement. It was always in support of helping others. It came so easy for me to help my colleagues and team find their voice, discover their authentic leadership style & conquer imposter syndrome (aka - that pesky little voice inside that tells you that you’re not good/smart/qualified enough). 

So, I made the decision to leave my successful career & help Leaders tackle their own. I believe that Leadership comes naturally up to a certain point — then it takes conscious effort to develop your authentic style and communicate that effectively.
