WHAT TO EXPECT

Six-Week Mental Fitness Bootcamp

Embrace a new mindset! The first six weeks of the group program will be spent re-wiring the brain. You’ll learn a new operating system to command your emotional reactions. In 6 weeks, you’ll be able to move from negative emotions that hold you back (stress, frustration, anxiety) to positive emotions which propel you forward (calm, focus, creativity).

  • Based on Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence program

  • Requirements: weekly 1 hour video, 10-15 minutes of daily sensory exercises, weekly group check-ins

  • Schedule: First six weeks of program


Monthly Group Meetings

After the six-week bootcamp, monthly group meetings commence. You can expect:

  • Small Group Meetings (90 Minutes) for approximately 5-8 members with Ali Rayfield’s facilitation. Meeting topics will cover:

    • Leadership Development Skills: Delegation, Focus, Trust Building, Handling Difficult Conversations, etc.

    • Skill Building Workshops: Ali Rayfield will use her network of Executives, Coaches and Facilitators to bring unique expertise to the group. Session examples:

      • Values Development (guiding principles & vision)

      • Improv Skills for Leaders (empathy, listening & thinking on your feet)

      • Storytelling (internal and external communication)

      • Stage Fright (vocal strength & presentation skills)

  • Schedule: Monthly meetings between July - December


Co-Working Sessions

  • (Optional) Weekly Accountability Sessions that include an intro check-in, declaration on what you’ll be working on & closing check-in. Designed to help you tackle the things that keep getting pushed off your to-do list.


1:1 Private Coaching Sessions with Ali Rayfield, CPCC

  • One private coaching session per month
